note that in the forge, there's not only 2 monks & mesmer groups, but also 4 patrolling groups of beasts and [insert name] which KD you. good luck on keeping enchants with that.

I brought Defile Flesh today for the open slot. Maked groups of 2 monks go down a bit faster.

I tried this with a mo/n and it was doable, except I always ended up with 2 warriors left in groups who just spammed healing sig and wouldn't die so I think 12vs16 curses makes a huge difference, ie 37 spitefule spirit damage vs 29. Now the big question, Do I start a necro from prophecies or factions?

somehow if i use the spiritbond hybrid, i tend to die easily cause of the burn (ele's). using healingB and vig spir look a lot easier since you counter burn + you have two enchants before a mesmer could hit prot spir. any thoughts to this?

Groups with the 2 ele's and mesmer always have a warrior with them, or one close by that you can lead to them. Just place insidious parasite on the warrior because thats almost guaranteed hits from him for +21 life, it should help thru the burning. Or just replace desecrate with breeze. You shouldn't have any problems staying alive.

Yes occasionally he will stop to heal sig and screw ya at the end of incendiary bonds. More times then not the mesmer is already dead anyways.

And yes I've used defile flesh before but found I only really needed it on the annoying 2 monk 1 mesmer group by the tower. All the other monks drop like flies until you get to the tower of strength area where most of the groups are the 2 monk 1 mesmer combo.

Ya it's not possible to solo the forgemaster unfortunately with this build. Once you get inside tower the only melee is the abyssals and beasts. Abyssals are guaranteed knockdown, and the beasts don't hit hard enough to trigger spirit bond. So there's nothing to really feed you energy even if you do decide to take on the 2 monk, 2 mesmer guards at each ramp. You can 2 man it np.

Slowly accumulating more pics from tower of strength area, trying to iron out some difficult groups to kill back there then I'll finish it up.

Seems to me that the most danger i ever face is the abyssals ALWAYS KNOCKING ME DOWN so that i can't use prot spirit or spirit bond. Good build, hopefullly i get to download it before my internet connection can fail.

keeping up spirbond or protspir ain't that hard. it's just annoying squeezing in a SS or IP.

Haha, was wondering when sombody would post this build up, been using it since a few weeks after factions

personally i take Reckless haste instead of Desc, it makes Abysals Much more manageable (and you can then do the Forgemaster quest, but its hit and miss) , just dont whatever you do use it on the warrior with IS on him when fighting a balanced mob

Very good job with the guide

Usually i would agree with you, but FoW is so large, and there are so many parts to the whole run, its easyer to keep two seperate threads for seperate discussions about both areas, you know how easly some people get confused

its not just the build, hes posting a strat for a whole (several hour) run

This is in relation to my thread how? Is there a problem posting 2 threads for very similar builds ( as in UW and FoW Guides,) that have totally different strategies. Or are you referring to someone else?

Don't be so cryptic when calling ppl out, if thats what your attempting.
